About Rashmitha
I believe learning is all about conceptual understanding. I first make the students feel comfortable about the subject by helping them in understanding the basics and progressing towards concepts and then tricks. I believe in teaching by giving examples and analogies to make the subject interesting. I prefer techniques which emphasize making the subject understand the basic concept, formulae, and tricks so that rather than memorization they can solve problems on their own and enjoy learning.
