About Silvia
1. I have 8 years teaching and tutoring experience as a physics, maths, chemistry and biology tutor in Malaysia and Bangladesh. I can teach student grade 6 to grade 12.
2. Working as a part time teaching assistant Kulliyyah of Engineering, IIUM from September, 2013 to May, 2017. Deliver a range of teaching and assessment activities including tutorials directed towards the delivery of subjects at undergraduate level. Acting as a support to the teacher when teaching in a class and laboratory. Working under the supervision and guidance of senior teaching staff. Contributing to the delivery of teaching and tutorials and providing personal academic support and mentoring for groups of students. Involved in the development of new material for department courses and contribute to the development of appropriate teaching materials to ensure content and methods of delivery meet learning objectives. Participate in the assessment process using a variety of methods and techniques and provide effective timely and appropriate feedback to students to support their learning. Supervise practical work and project work advising on skills methods and techniques to assist the transfer of knowledge.

I am Silvia Chowdhury. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) and have recently completed my study leading to the degree of Master of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from International Islamic University Malaysia.
