About Kaia
My passion for engineering stems from curiosity about how systems function and how solutions can be designed to solve real-world problems. Over ten years, I have guided students from foundational understanding to independent problem-solvers capable of analyzing and implementing practical solutions. Observing learners develop creativity, technical skill, and analytical confidence is deeply rewarding. My teaching philosophy centers on clarity, applied learning, and fostering intellectual curiosity alongside practical competence. I emphasize personalized instruction, hands-on engagement, and iterative improvement.
