First of all, I'd have to break the stereotype of the teacher who is too strict, in a class environment; thereby establishing a more relaxed atmosphere.
The aim of private lessons is to help students improve their skills and academic performance. Therefore, it's important that my students like me and that he/she wants to see me again, as they continually learn more easily in a relaxed environment.
Bearing in mind that the student-teacher relationship will not be the same, as an online platform tutoring; I'd be more relaxed, understanding and easy going with my students. I know that the more I have a close relationship with my student, the more he/she will want to work with me.
