My teaching will be based on current research. The methodology I follow are called the Rosenshine's principles. I start the lesson by asking students to do 4 retrieval questions which act as a foundation for the lesson taught and throughout the lesson, students can see engaging examples and how I model each question. I have the experience of working with KS3 and KS4 students in mainstream UK schools and I have A levels in maths, physics and chemistry.
