About Mrdandayo
I am an Engineering graduate who is passionate about impacting children. I am a father of 2 boys who are under the age of 10. I see teaching as an opportunity to pass across my knowledge which is something that gives me joy. Leaving a legacy for a generation coming behind me motivates me. For me, teaching is an opportunity to help young children as they grow into becoming future leaders and professionals alike.

I am patient with my students and ensure complex topics are demystified for easy understanding. As an Engineering graduate and well vast information technology individual, I am able to deliver quality lessons with easy steps to follow. I employ the strategy of writing out my syllabus, try to create inclusive online learning environment, I like to promote the well-being of my students, participate in engaging online discussions with students.
For example, how I try to create an inclusive online learning environment is by doing the following below:
1. I communicate with my students early to normalize and reduce any concerns
2. Try to give out survey forms to have a sense of my students situations
3. I make sure the course materials are accessible and provide the student with clear guidance on the course.
4. I set the norms for online and offline interactions.
5. Always try to get feedback from my students on their experience in the class.
