About Saisha
Having struggled with math growing up, I understand how difficult it can be for students. I've figured out my own techniques and have been able to recognize patterns that started encouraging me to enjoy doing math problems and I'd love to share what I've learned with other students. It's one of the scariest subjects and I'd love to lessen the burden and help others discover the same enjoyment in math as I did.

- I start off by identifying the root causes of issues you may be having - either through conversation or a diagnostic test on the first meeting.
- Lesson plans are based on the outcome of the first meeting: will use worksheets and teach the student by working out the first couple of problems and explaining my work. Formulate steps to get to the correct answer and prompt the student by asking questions and asking them to think out loud as they're working out the problem.
- I struggled with learning math growing up, so I'm able to figure out what may or may not work for a student by communicating with the student through every step.
