I am an engineering graduate with 5+ years of experience tutoring high school and college-level math courses. The classes I teach include Calculus 1 (AB), Calculus 2 (BC), AP Calculus, Statistics, Precalculus, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, etc. I can also tutor the math sections on the SAT and ACT. My teaching style involves breaking down complex concepts into simple steps and making the learning experience as engaging as possible. I have a patient and methodical approach as everyone learns in a different way and pace. I want to ensure that the student enjoys the lesson and understands the concepts well enough to handle any problem that comes their way. I am able to provide online lessons via Zoom and in-person lessons at a requested location. My classes are typically 1-3 hours in length. My goal in these sessions is to help the student understand the concepts deeply enough so they can excel on their homework and tests.
