About Thushini

I'm 29 years old, have been working in the Electrical Engineering field for 5+ years and have been teaching students in grade 5 to grade 11.
I've helped students understand theories and remember principles easily. I have short cut methods to remember important theorems and even the basic multiplication table.
I have been going to students to do classes but now I'm changing to have classes at home.

About the lesson

-Class duration is 1 hour per week
-Teaching the theories in mathematics which will ensure solving any problem related to that theory. (I believe understanding theory is much better than solving 100 practice questions)
-easy shortcuts for remembering principles & theorems in mathematics
-Once checked in with the students, classes will be done in advance to what is taught in the school giving advantage to the student.
-Quizzes to check progress frequently
-Feedback from parents & students is more than welcome
-I have been teaching students from grade 5 for more than 5 years. Prefer to teach students from a earlier grade
-Give minimal homework only to remember what was taught in class, extra workbooks will be used to teach lessons
-I'm an engineering professional working full time. I graduated as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer from the University of Peradeniya in Sri Lanka. Class availability is weekdays after 6pm and anytime in the weekends. (times can be adjusted with prior notice)
-Classes will be held at my home in Pakenham.
