I enjoy weaving real-world examples into discussions and giving students space to think for themselves. I don’t believe in spoon-feeding information—instead, I try to guide them toward discovering ideas on their own. I also value structure, but I’m flexible enough to adapt when needed, especially if it helps keep students engaged. More than anything, I want them to walk away from my classes with a sense of purpose, confidence, and curiosity that lasts beyond the classroom.
