About JANAK
I am retired engineering professional. I loved maths in school and scored full marks in board 10th level. Selected in IIT JEE and graduated from Kharagpur. Though in service, I used to help all willing friends' children and my own children and others to understand maths and even now I teach those who seek help. I want to help maths needy students.

I, first, talk to student how much he knows, where he finds difficulty, what support he expects. I give them sums to solve accordingly to understand his working and assess his strong or weak areas and formulate my plan . I clear his concepts rather then giving him solved sum . He should enjoy maths and use it in daily applications.
