My teaching style or way is to start by focusing at the leaners problem and ask the leaner and me doing similar example of his problem related, let the leaner to do other problem by himself on that problem I also give some examples to do them at school alone. Before I start a new topic I explain it fully to my leaner and ask him/her to watch videos related to the new topic and ask him/her where is the problem than focus on the problem.
