About Hamish
I am on a gap year, waiting to start a degree apprenticeship at Rolls-Royce in September. I took my GCSE’s at King Edward VI school, achieving straight A-A*’s. I then studied my Maths, Physics and Product Design at Peter Symonds college achieving AAA.

My teaching method revolves around exam questions as I have personally found this technique to be the most effective. I initially go through the topic, and go through some challenging example questions with the student. Then I give them 20 minutes to complete as many questions as they can and after, we will both go through the questions together, highlighting what went well and what needs to be improved on. I also like to set a small 30 minute homework each week to consolidate the key skills.
