About Charlie
Mathematics is a fantastic area of study that can be a source of frustration when you do not fully understand an underlying math concept. I have tutored many junior high students, and find that often there is one missing piece of the puzzle from their problem solving skill set that is holding them back. Once resolved, this can unlock the mystery and allow the math student to experience success and gain confidence. I aim to help students process math fundamentals, and gain confidence with math problems.

I am happy to help you work around roadblocks in your learning, and will work on the topic of your choosing. I emphasize fundamentals before progressing to complex problems, and the pace of the learning can be determined by the student.

Group sessions are also possible if there are multiple siblings or a cohort of students who have similar needs.
