About Rhea
Education has always been a part of me. In elementary school, I tutored my friends on reading and math. The neighborhood I lived in during middle school had a community center, and I tutored the neighbor kids there after school. Not long after, I graduated to teaching. I spent my summers instructing classes of all ages on digital literacy, prioritizing online safety and personal data. This translated nicely into the digital literacy classes I led in college, teaching ESL students everything they needed to navigate computers, write resumes, and apply for work. On the side, I tutored my peers in essay development and creative writing. Since I received my writing degree in December of 2019, I have worked as a ghostwriter across numerous industries, including green energy, food and cooking, ethical business practices, and professional development. But my love of tutoring has never faded, and I often find myself mentoring and coaching peers at work.
