About Beth

Hi! I’m Beth, a native English speaker based in London and a 5-year qualified lawyer at a leading London law firm.

Alongside my professional experience, I have a genuine interest in helping people develop their English. While studying at university, I worked on multiple summer camps for international students looking to improve their English, where I enjoyed helping students build their confidence communicating in English and making new friends.

I now work as a lawyer, giving me extensive experience communicating clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels. I have a broad professional background and have worked across several areas of law, so I’m particularly comfortable helping people develop their professional and Business English.

I’m friendly, approachable and easy to talk to, and I want my lessons to feel like a relaxed conversation rather than a formal classroom. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and helping them feel more confident expres

My lessons are relaxed, conversational and tailored to your individual goals. I’m a native English speaker and a 5-year qualified lawyer at a leading London law firm, where I use English professionally every day.

Whether you want to become more confident speaking English, improve your fluency, practise everyday conversation or develop your Business English, I’ll help you feel more comfortable communicating naturally.

I have extensive experience communicating with colleagues, clients and senior professionals, so I can particularly help students who want to improve their professional or workplace English, as well as those who simply want more opportunities to practise speaking.

Lessons are informal and practical, with plenty of time spent actually speaking. We can discuss a wide range of topics based on your interests, while I provide corrections, vocabulary and guidance to help you sound more natural and confident.

No matter your current level, the aim is to make each lesson useful, engaging and enjoyable — and to leave you feeling more confident using English in real-life situations.
