About Rosemary
My name is Rose and I have been teaching for 8 years all over the world. I have taught all ages from 5 years old to over 70! My experience ranges from teaching in primary and secondary schools to private language schools and one to one lessons. I have taught in the UK, Czechia, Tanzania, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. My private students come from all over the world including China, South Korea, Chile, Brazil, and Spain!
I received my CELTA from University College London. I have an extensive knowledge of grammar and enjoy making this difficult subject accessible and easy to understand.

I am CELTA and TEFL qualified and have been teaching English as a Foreign Language for 8 years all over the world. I believe that learning should be fun and focus my lesson around engaging and real life scenarios.
I have two types of classes: Conversational and Structured.
Conversational:
For more advanced students wanting to improve their overall English. We spend most of the class having a normal conversation, I will help you with vocabulary and grammar as we go along and make notes for you to keep. At the end of the class I will go over some areas of difficulty with you and, if you want, set you some homework.
Structured:
For lower levels or for those studying for an exam. We will have a conversation class and do some activities for me to assess your level and needs. Each class will be based around a grammar or vocabulary point and we will do activities to practice them. We cover reading, listening, and speaking. Writing tasks given as homework.
Classes are 30 / 45 / 60 mins, depending on your needs.
