About Heather

I offer a unique service to adult students. The acquisition approach is very different to the way adults are instructed in mainstream English programs. In addition, I coach you to form success habits.
I am an expert in the way the human Mind works and achieving goals.
It's not what you do that matters. It's the way you do it.

I have an International TESOL Certificate from TESOL Australia, B.Ed. (Reading) and a coaching qualification from Authentic Education.

About the lesson

I use an acquisition approach, similar to the way you learnt your native language. In our sessions you will be getting comprehensible input, material that you can understand, by listening and reading. The material I present to you will be on topics which interest you, that you want to be able to talk about.
I use a technique called shadowing in which you speak along with a native speaker. It improves pronunciation, intonation and fluency.
