About Becky
I am an English Literature Graduate from the University of London. Since graduation I have used my degree constantly, including getting internships that allowed me to live and work in both Dublin and New York. I am currently back at University studying to get my graduate diploma in Law so I am well aware of the pressures of studying and balancing work and a social life.

My teaching method comes from trying to build a connection to the literature by understand the cultural and contextual background, encouraging the students to become more involved with the literature first before diving into the themes and technical terms. I believe that having an initial deep knowledge of the subject matter helps students to feel more confident in talking about the subject matter, which then makes it easier to cultivate the analysis and writing skills for assignments and exams
