About Samanta
I'm an easy going and approachable tutor. I try to create an atmosphere where students feel they can ask for advice and feel encouraged in their progress.
I am also fluent in Russian should some students have the need for a translator or additional language support.

I am an English Literature graduate from King's College London and have had a love for the subject since first school.
I have consistently achieved the highest grades at GCSE, A Level, and Undergrad study so I have a comprehensive understanding of the subject itself and what is required of you to pass. I have tutored in person before as part of my duties as an English Prefect and saw visible results when the girls I was helping went up a GCSE grade in their mock exams over the semester we were meeting.
I will provide a 1 hour lesson, either after school or on the weekend by your preference and availability. I always aim to ensure that you don't feel overwhelmed, whilst still facilitating a valuable learning experience.
I will tailor each class to the individual to help your understanding and inspire confidence. I can create homework tasks/ mock exam questions, answer questions, critique drafts, analyse texts and teach effective methodologies to achieve high grades and am willing to adapt to a students needs; whether you are visual or verbal learner, I will find a way that works for you.
I am available to teach students at GCSE level or A-level.
I am excited to share my genuine love for the written word and provide you with skills and encouragement for your success.
