I love the subject, and I'm confident in my ability to teach it. I've just graduated Trinity College Dublin with a First Class Honors in English, and achieved 100% in my Leaving Cert English exam. I believe one of the most important aspects of improving in the subject is confidence, which is vastly helped through one-to-one tutoring!

I offer hour-long English tutoring sessions, for all levels and ages. I have tutored on and off for a number of years now. I often find students improve the most in English when they learn to approach essays and exam questions formulaically, and with a very clear understanding of what an examiner/ teacher/ professor is looking for. I also think that English is an incredibly important and rewarding subject that everyone should be able to enjoy!
