About Rushil
I am a Year 12 Student at John Monash Science School, and I am passionate about English, which I enjoy teaching to others. From the early age of seven, I have been writing narratives in my free time, and I enjoy reading. I have consistently performed above my cohort in both writing and reading, and I often review and provide feedback to my peers. I enjoy teaching others because I like to share the same tips and tricks that I was given. I also find teaching as a way to meet and collaborate with new individuals, which is an added bonus.

I am a Year 12 VCE student with a strength in English and a variety of achievements in the field.
I achieved a Medal (1st in Victoria) for ICAS Writing in 2023, as well as Consistent Superiors in Reading Comprehension and Writing in Scholarship/Select Entry Exams, along with Consistently Achieving the Highest band in NAPLAN English Results.
I will provide you with structured feedback and tips to help improve your writing, with a clear focus on paragraph structure, sentence flow and vocabulary optimisation. I will focus on both creative and persuasive writing forms, with exposure to a variety of prompts similar to those found in NAPLAN, Scholarship Entry Tests, and Victorian Selective School Entry tests.
I can also assist with reading comprehension techniques to maximise speed and efficiency, and provide the personal approaches I have used in the past.
