About Keir
With over a year of tutoring and teaching experience, as well as a First Class Masters in Mathematics, I'm looking to reach as many people struggling with Mathematics as I can.
My fun and interactive tutoring style triggers an enjoyment of maths that most of my tutees never thought that they'd get to experience. The tutoring will help you understand and appreciate concepts in the short term, but it's this enjoyment and appreciation of Mathematics that will last forever.
Most of my tutoring experience is in GCSE and A-Level, however I'm comfortable tutoring degree level maths, as well as KS3 as well. I've taught maths in two schools, as well as with a wide range of tutees privately, both online and in person.
Before every session, you'll let me know what you want to work on. Perhaps its a specific goal, like help with a specific kind of exam question, or perhaps it's a more general goal- like improving your understanding of complex numbers for your Further Maths A-Level. With this knowledge, I'll create a tailored lesson for you ahead of time, making sure that you get tutoring targeted at your level, and in a learning style that suits you!
