About Joseph
Having tutored for 7 years I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing my students excel at maths and gain confidence in their abilities! My friendly and enthusiastic approach has allowed students to better voice their thought process and communicate their any misunderstandings - both very important skills!
I sat my A-Levels in 2019 and achieved an A* in Maths (97%) and an A* in Further Maths (89%). My teaching style is very exam question oriented as this has proven successful for all my students over the years.

Lessons with me involve past paper questions as this is the best way to practice for the exam! This allows me to see how the student approaches the problems and improves their confidence in solving exam style questions.
If the student has any misunderstandings about the course material we can cover this too as 1-1 tuition gives students the attention to ask specific questions that they may not ask in class.
We'll cover everything, including notation, useful diagrams and learning how to extract key information from the question text.
