About Lissell
I am 19 year old girl from a small country named Estonia. I am very friendly and positive. I have a passion for health and fitness. Also dancing and singing. I have worked with a personal trainer for 2 years and I have gone to the gym for 4 years. Over the years I have learned a lot about how human bodies work and as a bikini fitness competitor I know the fitness world pretty well. Although I do not have a personal trainer certification, I think I have a really good knowledge already and I am hoping to be officially a personal trainer soon.

I use my knowledge what I have gotten over the years from my trainer and what I learned. As I have been overweight and underweight I know what to do and use what I have done to help me get into a healthy shape. I like to be personal and help people as much as I can to help them achieve there goals.
