About Jérome
Je m’appelle Jérôme, j’ai 20 ans et j’étudie en actuariat à l’Université Laval, un programme où les maths sont au centre de tout. J’ai terminé mon cégep avec de très bons résultats dans tous mes cours de maths, et je continue de les utiliser chaque semaine dans mes cours universitaires.
Je travaille depuis plusieurs années, alors je sais ce que veut dire être ponctuel, fiable et à l’écoute. Si tu as besoin d’un coup de main avant un examen ou si tu veux simplement reprendre confiance en maths, je serai patient et on avancera à ton rythme.

Les maths, c’est ma passion, et ça se voit dans mes résultats : j’ai eu de très bonnes notes dans tous mes cours de maths au cégep, que ce soit en calcul différentiel, calcul intégral, algèbre linéaire, probabilités et statistiques ou calcul dans l’espace (calcul III). Étudiant en actuariat à l’Université Laval, j’utilise ces notions tous les jours, alors je les maîtrise à fond et je sais les expliquer clairement.
Une séance commence par ce qui te bloque en ce moment : un devoir, un chapitre difficile ou un examen qui approche. On refait les exercices ensemble, je t’explique le raisonnement étape par étape, puis tu en essaies un autre seul pour vérifier que tu as bien compris. Mon but est que tu comprennes la matière, pas juste que tu aies la bonne réponse.
Mes cours s’adressent aux élèves du cégep, surtout en sciences de la nature, et ont lieu en ligne seulement, ce qui rend l’horaire facile à ajuster.
