About Elle
My journey with Excel began with curiosity about data management, workflow optimization, and analytical clarity. I earned a B.Sc in Information Technology and an M.Sc in Data Analytics, gaining expertise in spreadsheet modeling, data analysis, and automation. Over 9 years, I have taught students of varying backgrounds, helping them develop both technical proficiency and applied problem-solving skills in Excel.
I teach through hands-on exercises, real-world examples, and iterative problem-solving. Many learners initially find formulas, functions, or automation challenging, so I provide clear guidance, stepwise explanations, and supportive feedback. Lessons are tailored to each student’s prior knowledge, pace, and goals, ensuring consistent progress, mastery, and confidence.
Beyond teaching, I continue exploring advanced Excel tools, emerging analytics techniques, and workflow automation projects to bring practical insights into the classroom. Teaching Excel is deeply rewarding because I witness students grow from uncertainty to independence, gaining confidence, analytical skill, and the ability to manage data creatively. Supporting learners to become proficient and capable users remains one of the most fulfilling aspects of my professional life.

I emphasize conceptual understanding alongside practical exercises, ensuring students not only know how to perform tasks but also understand why each step is essential. Lessons integrate hands-on exercises, real-world scenarios, and iterative challenges to boost confidence, speed, and analytical thinking.
Intermediate learners develop skills in dynamic data analysis, structured dashboards, advanced functions, and conditional formulas, building efficiency and accuracy. Advanced learners explore automation, VBA scripting, scenario modeling, data visualization, and large-scale spreadsheet projects. Each lesson is personalized to the learner’s level, experience, and goals, combining structured exercises, applied projects, and guided problem-solving.
