About Hannah
My interest in Excel and data management began while studying how digital tools help organize and analyze large amounts of information. I became interested in learning how spreadsheet software can simplify calculations, visualize data, and support decision making in different professional environments. This interest encouraged me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Information Technology followed by a Master’s in Information Systems.
Over the past 6 years, I have taught Excel to students, professionals, and beginners who wanted to improve their technical skills. Through this experience I learned that many people feel overwhelmed when they first see large spreadsheets and complex formulas. Because of this, I focus on explaining each feature step by step so learners can gradually build their knowledge and confidence.
My teaching style emphasizes practical learning, clear demonstrations, and regular practice exercises. I encourage learners to experiment with formulas and data tools so they become comfortable working with spreadsheets. Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring new software features and reading about data analysis methods that improve productivity and decision making.

My Excel lessons focus on helping students and professionals understand how to organize, manage, and analyze data using spreadsheets. Many people use Excel only for simple calculations, but the software can perform many powerful tasks when its features are understood properly. In my lessons, I explain how to use formulas, functions, tables, and charts in a clear and practical way so learners can apply these skills in real situations.
Lessons are structured according to the learner’s current knowledge and goals. Beginners start by learning the basic interface, data entry, formatting cells, and performing simple calculations. Intermediate learners explore formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, and logical functions, along with sorting and filtering data effectively. Advanced students learn about data analysis tools, pivot tables, charts, and more complex spreadsheet techniques that help manage large amounts of information efficiently. Each lesson includes practical exercises so learners can practice and develop confidence in using Excel independently.
Excel becomes very useful once students realize how it can simplify daily work tasks and improve data organization. My goal is to help learners develop strong spreadsheet skills that they can apply in academic studies, office work, and personal data management. By understanding the logic behind formulas and tools, students can use Excel more efficiently and confidently.
