I hold a degree in Electronics Engineering and am a Sun-Certified Java Programmer. I specialize in enhancing students' learning in high school math (Algebra 1 and Algebra 2, Geometry, Physics, and IT). And I've consistently improved my tutees' understanding, performance, and grades. I have the experience, expertise, and skills to help your learners achieve their goals. I am passionate about the success of students' learning. I paused my corporate IT career to homeschool my children in VA: one in elementary school and the other from middle through high school. With 10 years of experience in Information Technology programming, I understand that thinking through the problem before solving it is key to mastering any concept. My tutoring strategy includes focusing on the thought process for challenging concepts, which helps students build mastery.
