About Mollie
I'm Mollie Hollie, an executive coach and leadership mentor and my background sets me apart from most coaches in this space.
I spent years in leadership roles within high-pressure, male-dominated industries — managing teams, navigating organisational politics, and learning firsthand what it takes to lead with authority and clarity when the stakes are high. I'm not teaching leadership from the outside. I've sat in those rooms.
That lived experience, combined with formal training in coaching, mindset, and stress and performance science, is the foundation of everything I bring to my clients. I understand both the strategic side of leadership — communication, team dynamics, influence — and the internal side — confidence under pressure, identity, and the mindset shifts that separate good leaders from exceptional ones.
My approach is direct, practical, and grounded in real-world leadership experience. I don't offer generic frameworks. I work with what's actually in front of you — your team, your challenges, your context — and help you build the skills and mindset to handle it with more clarity and less friction.

My methodology:
I draw on executive coaching frameworks, strategic communication principles, and leadership psychology — combined with real-world experience leading teams in high-pressure, male-dominated industries. This is not generic leadership theory. It's practical mentoring shaped by what actually works under pressure.
For clients who are open to it, I can also incorporate nervous system regulation and mindset tools — particularly useful for leaders dealing with performance anxiety, imposter syndrome, or stress that's affecting how they show up.
