About Andrew
I'm an experienced executive leader with an MBA and a TEFL qualification, alongside diplomas in project management and community services management. Over more than a decade in senior roles, I've built strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, which I now bring into the classroom. I'm patient, structured, and genuinely invested in helping students build confidence and fluency in English, whatever their starting point.

My lessons follow a communicative, student-centred approach, blending task-based activities with real conversation practice so English is learned through genuine use, not rote drills.
I balance a consistent lesson structure with flexibility to focus on each student's goals, correcting errors that affect understanding while keeping the conversation flowing naturally. Sessions typically run 60 minutes and suit adult learners and working professionals wanting to build confidence in general or business English, drawing on my TEFL training and executive leadership background.
