About Kalynn
I am an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist with over 5 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. I have worked instructing group fitness classes, personal training, and in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in a hospital setting. I am currently the Fitness Director of a senior living community and head the fitness program for three separate communities. I have been tutoring students since college and am passionate about helping everyone succeed in this career field!

These sessions are for every student from high school to college needing help in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, sports medicine, exercise prescription, medical terminology, etc. I am happy to answer any questions, go over notes, do test reviews, worksheets/diagrams, and even practice tests and quizzes if desired! I typically do all sessions online unless local to the Myrtle Beach, SC area.
