About Madeleine
I am an exercise scientist who has had experience working with semi elite athletes in both football and soccer.
I have also been working as a personal trainer for six years with the general population using applied science principles in premedical screening, one and one consultations, movement assessment, exercise testing, programming and exercise delivery.
I am currently completing a master's degree in clinical Exercise Physiology to up skill my knowledge and ability.

I am a friendly patient individual with natural leadership qualities. My teaching method is to generally grasp the basics first in the area of study than learn more once the learner feels fully confident. I would encourage students to follow weekly study aims set by the university lecturers.
