About Gustavo
I did a 500 hour yoga course in India and since then i have been teaching for the past 5 years , I have work in the education system back in chile , work with private companies and on my own studio. Now am back in Australia after 6 years of been away working and studying. what i try to give with my practices is an opportunity to live life joyful , by understanding that our wellness and joy comes entirely from our inner experience.

The way my practices flow changes from day to day but generally we start with postures then we move to breathing work and we finish with a deep relaxation. The class moves at a steady pace , theres no rushing from posture to posture and theres no place for hard postures, everyone at every level is welcome. Together we will arrive at the door of joyfulness but you must walk through it yourself.
