About Anne
Hi,
I'm a mother of 4 young adults and I spent all of my growing up years in Mexico. I later returned to work there for 17 years among an Indigenous group who opened their community to our team I have been learning languages all my life. Learning a language and perfecting speech never ends. Even though English is my native language, there are always new words and ways of saying things that can improve my communication. The attitude must be that of a life long learner and listener to others.

My approach is to first of all find out what your goals are. It is also to help you understand what learning style is best for you. Are you a visual learner, auditory, reading/writing, or do you prefer a hands on, kinesthetic approach. I have a Bachelor of Intercultural Ministry Degree and completed a 100 hour certificate with TEFL/TESOL in 2010. I have spent many years listening and learning several languages and understand the difficulty. However, it just takes perseverance and practice. I help tutor using the books and format that the student is already using with added material I find online.
