About Qistina

I’m an SPM graduate student who truly enjoys both studying and teaching. While waiting for my UPU results, I spend my time sharing knowledge by teaching my younger brothers and their friends at home. Teaching helps me deepen my own understanding and makes me happy when others finally "get it." I believe that learning should be simple, visual, and enjoyable.

About the lesson

Subjects Offered: - Primary (Year 1–6): Bahasa Melayu, English, Mathematics - Secondary (Form 1–5): English, Mathematics, Principles of Accounting Teaching Methodology & Techniques As a dedicated Guru Muda (Young Teacher) for Mathematics and Principles of Accounting, I focus on visual, interactive, and student-centered learning. My goal is not just to teach but to make sure the students fully understand and enjoy the learning process. My Techniques Include: Visual Aids & Diagrams: I use mind maps, real-life visuals, number blocks, and flowcharts to help students see and understand abstract concepts, especially in Math and Accounting. Step-by-Step Problem Solving: Each problem is broken down into manageable steps with explanations at every stage, ensuring students grasp each part before moving on. “Explain Back” Technique: I encourage students to explain concepts back to me in their own words. This helps me assess understanding and builds their confidence. Practice + Feedback: I provide tailored exercises followed by detailed feedback, so students know exactly where to improve. Typical Lesson Duration: Primary School (Year 1–6): 45–60 minutes per session Secondary School (Form 1–5): 60–90 minutes per session Sessions are paced based on student needs—flexible, but focused. Qualifications & Experience: - Dilantik sebagai Guru Muda Matematik dan Prinsip Perakaunan - Recognized for leadership and academic excellence in teaching these subjects. - 3+ years of tutoring experience, especially with students struggling in Math and English. - SPM Result: 6A & 2B+ Who Are My Lessons For? Primary Students (Year 1–6): Struggling or average students who need visual, clear explanations in BM, BI, or Math. Secondary Students (Form 1–5): Those preparing for PT3 or SPM, especially in English, Mathematics, or Accounting. Lessons available in Bahasa Melayu or English based on the student’s comfort.
