I'm a qualified Chartered Accountant and Finance Professional with a degree in Accounting, Finance and Law. Most of my education has been split between the United States and Australia, and I am well versed with numerous education systems.

I employ a three step approach with my students.
1. Contextualizing - Most important in Early Year Students, this is the time for a child to develop interests. Contextualizing and explaining how a subject is used in real life helps harness that interest
2. Worked and Supported Examples and Problem solving - I then work through various exercises personally, allowing an opportunity to ask questions.
3. Overseeing Independent Work - It is now time for the student to try and fly!
