Hello! My name is Tushar Pandey, and I'm excited to introduce myself as a Software Engineer working at Algo8AI. In addition to my professional work, I am the developer and Founder of SMT Media. I’m passionate about teaching programming languages to students and have successfully taught more than 100+ students both individually and in groups. Many of them have gone on to achieve a better understanding of programming languages and excel in their fields.
My teaching approach is tailored to each student's unique learning style, and I strive to make programming accessible and fun for everyone. I believe in a hands-on and practical approach to learning, where we work on real-world projects to put newly learned concepts into practice. My experience in both industry and entrepreneurship allows me to provide valuable insights and practical knowledge to my students.
