Hi, I'm Aaron. I'm friendly and punctual guitar tutor that has almost 30 years of experience teaching in primary and high schools and conducting private lessons at various locations around SE Brisbane.
My teaching philosophy is that playing guitar should be fun and engaging while still achieving results.

My comprehensive course is suitable for students aged 8 to 80 (and beyond!) and covers
-The basics
-Learning to read music and guitar notation
-Rhythm and lead guitar techniques
-Finger picking and classical guitar
-Playing along with recordings
-Improvising your own solos
I use a combination of resources to achieve the best results for students including the Rockschool series, Hal Leonard, and my own material specifically designed to get beginners playing guitar fast and well.
