About Nick
Ever since I was young I have enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. In my 20's I worked in several restaurants as a line cook and later in a roadhouse in outback Western Australia where I transformed the quality of food being served into restaurant standard rivalling the local pub meals in town.
Today I still cook at home and cook most of my meals for myself. People often say it's not possible to cook healthy meals cheaply, but I want to show you that with a bit of thought, creativity and some simple ingredients, it is absolutely possible to eat healthy home-cooked meals.

If you've never felt comfortable in the kitchen before, cooking a basic meal for yourself or others can feel daunting. Learn where to start and prepare simple, cheap, healthy meals for yourself, but most of all, have fun cooking!
Learn to select ingredients, what works together, how to cook on the fly using your cupboard contents and impress your friends in the process.
My classes are fun and engaging. Cooking doesn't need to be complicated. It is possible to make great healthy food with few ingredients in a short time.
