About Remi
Originally from Reims, France, and passionate about the new adventures offered by travel, I have been discovering New Zealand since early December 2023. I enjoy learning from people and experiences. My hobbies include self-development, playing guitar, practicing magic, being with animals, engaging in sports, exploring science, and studying geopolitics.
I hold degrees in international hotel management and marketing and have worked in various locations such as London, Geneva, the Czech Republic, Norway, Bora Bora (French Polynesia), throughout France, and currently in New Zealand.
Fascinated by the power of languages to connect people and cultures of all backgrounds, teaching French is a true vocation for me. I derive immense satisfaction from assisting my foreign friends in speaking French. In the past, I have aided foreigners in crafting cover letters and French CVs, composing music, and comprehending books.
What I love most is witnessing students progress and gain confidence. I firmly believe that everyone can achieve their language goals with the right support and resources.

My teaching method is based on interaction, active participation and the pleasure of learning.
We will use a variety of media - from classic texts to contemporary songs, from films to role-playing games - to make learning French as fun as it is stimulating.
My purpose is to adapt the session to achieve your personal goals, match your expectations, and I will do my best to include what you like in the exercises. I'm very patient and here to answer all your questions.
