I'm passionate about education and helping students improve their writing to become better communicators. I particularly enjoy working with students on creative writing, fiction, and screenwriting. My goal is always to tailor my instruction style to the way a student learns.

A graduate of the Master of Professional Writing program at USC, I taught freshman composition at the university for two years while earning my degree. Prior to graduate school, I worked for two years as an associate editor for a Boston-based educational publishing company, where I wrote and edited a series of storybooks for struggling readers in grades K-2. I've also tutored with several professional organizations, including Wyzant, StudySmart, and Prepped & Polished. My areas of expertise include:
