About Anneke
I am a dedicated, qualified and experienced Mathematics tutor offering both online and face-to-face lessons in Queenstown. I work with primary and secondary school students, helping them build confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve better results in math.
I focus on creating a supportive and structured learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through challenges. My approach is calm, patient, and tailored to each student’s individual needs.

My main tutoring focus is on building confidence and a clear understanding of mathematics. I break concepts down into simple, step-by-step explanations and adapt my teaching to each student’s needs, combining guided examples with independent practice.
I am a qualified Mathematics teacher with more than 20 years of teaching experience in the Netherlands, and I have been tutoring for more than 4 years. I support primary (Years 6–8) and secondary school students at all levels, from foundational skills to exam preparation and extension work. I have helped students improve their results, confidence, and overall understanding of maths.
I offer both online and face-to-face lessons. During online lessons, I use an interactive whiteboard so students can follow my explanations in real time.
Lessons are typically 45 minutes to 1 hour long, depending on the student’s needs, with longer sessions available if required.
