About Chris
After graduating in Electronics and spending time working in industry I decided I would like to travel and spent a fantastic five years teaching in East Africa, first in the southern highlands of Tanzania and then on the spice island of Zanzibar.
On my return to the UK I completed my Teaching Qualification with Distinction and went on to spend my career in teaching first in the Midlands and then in South London where I had a passion to develop fun and interesting lessons which help learners understand and remember the theory content of their subjects.

With experience of working in industry and more than 20 years tutoring learners of all ages and abilities from 14 yrs to adults I have tutored a wide range of subjects including GCSE/A Level Maths, Physics and BTEC Engineering/Electronics. In recent years I was a Faculty Director of a large technology department. With a B Sc (hons) and Distinction Diploma in Teaching I am well qualified to take you up to your GCSE or A Level exams.
I tailor each tutoring session to your individual needs with examples and loads of practice. Any work you may have missed or not understood in classes we can cover in our weekly session through fun activities. If you have GCSE or A Level exams coming up then we spend the final couple of months on past exam papers doing loads of questions which will help you maximise on marks in your exam. I am familiar with the content of most exam boards including AEB, OCR, Edexcel and Int Bac.
