About Julia
I’m an experienced art teacher and professional illustrator with a background in children’s publishing and creative education. I’m currently studying a Master of Therapeutic Arts Practice and love helping children and young people express themselves creatively. My lessons are fun, supportive, and tailored to each student’s interests — building confidence, imagination, and artistic skill through drawing, painting, and creative exploration.

My classes are creative, supportive, and designed to help each student express themselves through art. I combine structured skill-building in drawing, painting, and illustration with opportunities for free, imaginative exploration. I use positive guidance and art therapy–informed techniques to build confidence, focus, and wellbeing.
Lesson Structure:
Lessons typically run for 60–90 minutes and are tailored to the student’s age, interests, and goals — whether learning new techniques, preparing for school projects, or simply enjoying creative time.
