This trainer went above and beyond to make my experience worthwhile. He was tough but fair, and pushed me to be my best while still being encouraging. I think the best thing was that this trainer never asked me to do anything he couldn't or wouldn't, and he oftentimes would do the workouts with me so that I better understood the mechanics and felt that I was part of a team. I was training for a college basketball tryout, but I am confident that this trainer would be perfect for any age, from small children up to collegiate and beyond. We did one on one lessons but I am sure he would do great with groups as well. The best thing about this trainer was that he was personable and kind all while remaining professional; as a lady I am sometimes wary of having a male trainer, but he never made me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. 10/10 would recommend!!
Kept it fun and I can tell they we're learning the game.
