Teaching Approach: I offer comprehensive boxing coaching tailored to individual goals, fostering not only physical but also mental well-being. My focus is on fundamental techniques, emphasizing discipline, self-confidence, and stress relief.
Lesson Length: Typically, sessions are 45-60 minutes, but can be adjusted as needed.
Qualifications/Experience: With more than 15 years of boxing experience, my clients appreciate my coaching approach. I've cultivated a welcoming environment where they can comfortably release everyday stresses, promoting not just physical but also mental well-being through boxing.
Who Are My Lessons For: Open to all ages and skill levels, I customize training to suit diverse needs, from beginners to experienced boxers. My aim is to empower students not just in boxing but in life, offering a path to mental and physical strength.

Depending on how many times a week you will would like to train the pricing will change! Ask about specials as i sometimes have specials running for clients and students. First session is more of a meet and greet consult, that is the free session, if you would like to train as well as the consult on that day charges will apply.
