My approach is to teach principles while applying them to topics that you care about. You will not only learn, but walk away with results you can enjoy in the real-world. Have a fun hobby? Let's use Excel, Powerpoint, and business automation to explore it. Want to learn Quickbooks? Let's try it while working on a real business, or one you think you might want to start.
I like to use the method of:
See it: I will demonstrate skills and methods for you
Do it: You do the same activity for yourself, while I observe
Teach it: You teach back to me how to do something, to help lock it into memory.
We will always start with some simple, fun assessments to determine your current learning level and will develop a plan that meets your timeline. Nothing is "cookie cutter", I tailor to your personal needs and goals.
