About Lily
I am a passionate football coach committed to empowering the next generation. I believe football is more than just a game but a powerful tool for teaching lessons, building character and improving mental and physical health. My coaching approach emphasizes the importance of mindset recognizing that self-belief and preparation is just as important as physical skill. I strive to create a supportive and fun environment where young players can grow, learn and thrive.

I am a dedicated and experienced soccer coach with over 10 years of playing experience at a high level, including international and state team call-ups. With five years of coaching under my belt, I bring both technical expertise and a deep understanding of player development. I hold fitness qualifications that complement my coaching style, allowing me to design training programs that enhance both performance and well-being. I’m passionate about nurturing the next generation of football players, instilling in them the same love and respect I have for the game.
