About Leena
For years, I struggled with staying consistent at the gym, trying everything from weightlifting and spin to yoga, running (ugh), and Zumba. Nothing really clicked until I found kickboxing, and I’ve never looked back. It’s perfect for getting fit, toned, and releasing all that pent-up anger!
Now that I’m a mama, I love the idea of taking my son to class one day (he’s only 2, but already copies me doing adorable squats at home). I’m convinced that the earlier we instill the value of fitness, the easier it’ll be for our kids to keep it up—and have fun with it too!

As a Certified group trainer with over 8 years of kickboxing experience, my training approach emphasizes mastering basic techniques to improve skills and enhance fitness. I create fun, dynamic sessions that keep kids engaged and active, while also making sure they’re happily tired out by the end! My classes are ideal for beginners and intermediate levels. As a fellow mom, I understand the value of family time, so I’m happy to offer special rates for moms who want to train solo or with their kids—it's a fantastic way to bond and stay fit together!
Lessons can range from 30mins-60 mins.
Minimum age is 5yo.
